Description :

The Model 1620 is a fully piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor for use in invasive blood pressure monitoring. The sensor is designed to be used with automated assembly equipment and can be dropped directly into a customer’s disposable blood pressure housing. The sensor is designed to meet the requirements as described in the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) specification for Blood Pressure Transducers.

Description :

The SM5650 Series of OEM pressure sensors are fully calibrated, temperature compensated low-pressure sensors in dual in-line packages for printed circuit board mounting. These sensors offer improved performance as well as the option for either constant current or constant voltage excitation. Higher pressure ranges are also available (See SM5611/SM5612 Datasheet), resulting in the broadest selection of standard pressure ranges in the industry.

Description :

This is a micromachined piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor. It is designed for OEM applications where compatibility with corrosive media must be maintained. The sensor chip is mounted on a TO style header, which is resistance welded to a 316 stainless steel package. A 316 stainless steel convoluted isolation diaphragm is welded to the package, sealing a small volume of silicon oil between the diaphragm and the sensor chip. The ISO pressure housing utilizes the oil column to couple the piezoresistive sensor to the isolation diaphragm.

Description :

The Model 86 is a small profile, media compatible, piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor packaged in a 316L stainless steel housing. The Model 86 is designed for O-ring mounting. The sensing package utilizes silicon oil to transfer pressure from the 316L stainless steel diaphragm to the sensing element. The Model 86 is designed for high performance, low pressure applications. A ceramic substrate is attached to the package that contains lasertrimmed resistors for temperature compensation and offset correction.

Description :

This is a micro machined piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor. It is designed for OEM applications where compatibility with corrosive media must be maintained. The sensor chip is mounted in a 316 stainless steel package, sealing a small volume of silicon oil between the diaphragm and the sensor chip. The ISO pressure housing utilizes the oil column to couple the piezoresisteve sensor to the isolation diaphragm.

Description :

The Model 154N is a media compatible, compensated, piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor packaged in a 316 stainless steel housing. The sensing package utilizes silicon oil to transfer pressure from the 316 stainless steel diaphragm to the sensing element. The Model 154N is designed for low pressure applications. A ceramic substrate is attached to the package that contains laser-trimmed resistors for temperature compensation and offset correction. An additional laser-trimmed resistor is included which can be used to adjust sensitivity variations by setting the gain of an external differential amplifier to within ±1% interchangeability. Alternatives include cap-ring Models 84 or 86, 1/4 NPT Model 96, and Model 85. High pressure sensors are also available.

The Level Master series incorporates stainless steel and plastic isolation suitable for drinking water and other fluid or gas measurements. The Level Master uses a patent pending low cost stainless steel sensor in a plastic fitting. The modular design is adaptable to an infinite number of plastic port variations. The small size vs performance enables the miniaturization of high accuracy pressure and vacuum systems. The standard output is .5V to 4.5V with a 5V supply.
